Got in touch with Carlos after running into an issue with the city of Philadelphia with a property I was rehabbing. It was a Saturday but he still responded, hopped on a call with me and I explained to him exactly what I needed which was blueprints for converting a single family home to a two family unit /duplex. He came to my property, took all the measurements and details he needed and got right to work. Time was of the essence for me as I needed the blueprints for a building permit application.
